Job Description
The Assembly Technician functions as part of an operations team focused on crimping and assembling electromechanical devices. This role operates in a fast-paced environment requiring the ability to work independently after training while maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities include reading schematics and blueprints, operating assembly equipment, and ensuring finished products meet specifications. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble electromechanical components using crimping, soldering, and potting equipment
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly
- Inspect finished products and monitor quality, reporting any issues
- Assist with order fulfillment including pulling, packing, and inventory tracking
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to standard cycle times
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a production or warehouse environment
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics and use basic hand tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Good hand-eye coordination, dexterity, and ability to multitask effectively
- Basic computer skills for data entry and accessing digital instructions

The base salary range for this position is $19-19.50 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation.
