Job Description
The AR Coordinator is responsible for supporting accounts receivable functions, including daily cash applications, check processing, and reconciliations. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage financial data accurately. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a hybrid environment and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Process daily cash applications and post payments accurately
- Handle check processing and ensure proper documentation
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Maintain accurate AR records and resolve discrepancies
- Support general accounting functions as needed
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of bank reconciliation experience (required)
- Experience with SAP preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
