Job Description
We are seeking an Inventory Specialist to support inventory management, procurement, and vendor coordination in a fast-paced operational environment. This role is critical to ensuring accurate inventory levels, timely purchasing, and smooth support of field operations. You will be responsible for managing purchase orders, tracking inventory across multiple locations, and resolving discrepancies while working closely with vendors and internal teams. This position also includes occasional travel to regional sites for inventory counts and operational support.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies across locations
- Create and manage purchase orders based on operational needs
- Coordinate with vendors on pricing, availability, and delivery timelines
- Track shipments and maintain accurate inventory records
- Support warehouse and field operations, including occasional equipment use
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or purchasing support
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively across teams and vendors
- Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record
