Job Description
This position involves a lot of customer service, phones, and data entry. Will be talking to customers about their accounts and scheduling payments.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service, assisting customers in person and over the phone
- Answer phone calls and troubleshooting
- Entering data into computer system
- Handling payments
- Filing documents
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience in administrative assistance, office clerk, or front counter role is required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (primarily Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Customer service experience with phone etiquette is required
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening, including a drug and background check
