Job Summary:
A large public health organization is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the organization of various departmental events, travel and creating various reports.
A large public health organization is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the organization of various departmental events, travel and creating various reports.
Responsibilities:
- Assist training, purchase program incentives, manage and organize inventory.
- Create reports, coordinate and carry out outreach initiatives
- Manage program referrals and office inventory
- Assist various departments if need with administrative duties
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Liberal Arts, or a related field .
- One year of administrative experience is required. Professional administrative experience may be substituted for the above education requirement on a year-for-year basis
- Must be proficient with Microsoft suite products especially Excel Word, and Outlook,
- Must have the ability to navigate electronic databases,
- Must have a valid Texas driver’s license
- Exemplary organizational skills.
- MUST be willing to work various locations upon request if needed
- Will perform other duties as assigned
