Job Description
As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and finishing surfaces in multiple facilities. Work will include patching, priming, and painting to ensure all areas are maintained to high standards. You will follow the direction of the Facility Supervisor and assist in maintaining a professional appearance across sites.
Responsibilities:
- Perform surface preparation including scraping, sanding, and cleaning to remove dirt, grease, mold, and peeling paint.
- Patch and repair surfaces using spackle or filler to cover holes, cracks, and imperfections; sand and smooth as needed.
- Apply primer, paint, and finish coatings using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
- Accurately cut in wedges and ensure clean, professional results.
- Follow guidance from Facility Supervisor; assist with material needs (all materials provided) and travel between assigned worksites as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of six (6) months of relevant painting experience required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete projects efficiently.
- Knowledge of proper surface preparation and finishing techniques.
- Must have reliable personal transportation to travel between worksites.
- Ability to work independently and follow supervisor’s instructions.
- Physically able to stand, bend, reach, and lift for extended periods.
- Ability to pass a background check.

The base salary range for this position is $18.00 an hour excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
