Job Description
An established healthcare distribution company is seeking dependable Picker / Packers to join its warehouse team in Browns Summit, NC. In this role, you will pick, sort, pack, and prepare products for shipment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. You will help meet daily production goals in a clean, organized, and safety-focused environment. Training is provided, making this a great opportunity to build your warehouse experience.
Responsibilities:
- Pick and sort products accurately using order lists and instructions
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment while verifying quantities
- Inspect orders to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following warehouse safety procedures
- Meet daily productivity and quality expectations
Qualifications and Requirements:
- No previous experience required; training provided
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
