Job Description
As a Data Entry Clerk you will be responsible for general data entry in local company office to include but not limited to invoices, receipts, billing payables and receivables
Responsibilities:
- General office duties of data entry
- Customer billing and payments
- Receipts and invoices
- General information relating to operations of business
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED desired
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Office
- Strong knowledge of Quick Books Cloud Accounting
- Possess a strong attention to detail to ensure proper tracking and reporting
- Demonstrated Organizational Skills / Reading / Comprehension
- Ability to Work Independently & Manage Time Wisely
