Your New Role
As a Mailroom Production Associate, you will help prepare outgoing consumer satisfaction surveys and process completed consumer surveys returned by patrons who received services. This hands-on role requires accuracy, dependability, and the ability to keep pace with high-volume production.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, organize, and package consumer satisfaction surveys for mailing.
- Receive and sort incoming mail and completed surveys.
- Lift and move mail bags throughout the workday.
- Complete production tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain an organized work area and communicate with teammates to meet daily goals.
Physical Requirements
- Stand and remain on your feet for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Lift, carry, and move mail bags containing returned surveys.
- Perform repetitive tasks while sorting, preparing, and packaging mail.
- Bend, reach, and move materials within the production area.
