Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician to support CNC staple-set brush-making machinery in a manufacturing environment. You will set up, maintain, and troubleshoot specialized production equipment to help keep operations running efficiently. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude and experience with automated and manual machinery. Responsibilities
- Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot machinery
- Perform preventive maintenance to support reliable equipment performance
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and related system issues
- Complete machine changeovers for various brush designs and materials
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Qualifications and Requirements
- At least five years of experience with automated and manual production equipment in an industrial environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with pneumatic and electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and engineering blueprints
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred
