Job Description:
Join a growing organization as a Product Owner for a newly created Enterprise Scrum Team supporting critical internal business functions. You’ll partner with senior leaders to uncover business needs, prioritize competing initiatives, translate requirements into actionable work, and ensure the Scrum team remains focused on the highest-value priorities. This is a business-facing, execution-focused role ideal for someone who combines strong Product Ownership with business analysis, stakeholder management, and program execution skills.
Responsibilities:
- Own and continuously prioritize the Enterprise Scrum Team backlog based on business value, risk, impact, and capacity.
- Partner with senior leaders to uncover business problems and translate needs into clear requirements and user stories.
- Establish and communicate priorities, objectives, and roadmaps across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Guide internal technology initiatives supporting Operations, Finance, HR, and IT.
- Manage competing requests and clearly communicate prioritization decisions and tradeoffs.
- Partner closely with the Scrum team to clarify requirements, remove ambiguity, and drive execution.
- Validate that delivered solutions address the intended business need.
- Support initiatives involving process automation, enterprise reporting, Salesforce, HRIS, and other internal systems.
- Bring structure, accountability, and execution discipline to complex or loosely defined initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, Program Management, or related roles.
- Bachelors Degree.
- Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience managing backlogs, prioritization, user stories, requirements, and stakeholder expectations.
- Proven ability to translate ambiguous business requests into clearly defined work.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of how technology supports business processes.
- Experience partnering directly with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and execution skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting internal enterprise applications and partnering with Finance, HR, Operations, or IT.
- Background in business process improvement, workflow automation, and enterprise systems such as Power BI, Salesforce, ERP, or HRIS.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence; CSPO or other Agile/Product certification is a plus.
- Blended experience across Business Analysis, Product Ownership, and Program/Project Management; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

The base salary range for this position is $128,000 – $138,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. This position is also eligible for a 20% annual incentive, bringing on-target annual earnings to approximately $160,000 – $172,000. Final compensation will depend on skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
