- Collaborate with Organizational Change Management teams to drive adoption and business readiness.
- Promote consistent project governance, delivery standards, templates, and best practices across the enterprise.
- Serve as the AVP's proxy in leadership meetings and executive forums when needed.
- Coach project teams while remaining willing to personally lead initiatives when business priorities require hands-on leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement across project delivery processes, tools, reporting, and team capabilities.
