Job Description
We are seeking a dependable Shipping Associate to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for shipping finished products and transporting materials between facilities using a company box truck. Success in this position requires safe driving practices, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to meeting production and delivery schedules.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a company box truck to transport materials between facilities while maintaining a clean driving record.
- Load, unload, and secure materials for transport.
- Coordinate with shipping and receiving personnel to ensure timely deliveries.
- Perform shipping duties including packaging, staging, and documentation.
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous shipping, warehouse, logistics, or delivery experience preferred.
- Experience operating a box truck is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings.

The base salary for this position is $20.10/hr. after $18/hr on 1st for four-day orientation., excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
