Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Transportation Engineer / Project Manager to lead transportation infrastructure projects throughout the region. This leadership role combines technical engineering expertise with project management, client relationship development, and team leadership. The ideal candidate enjoys mentoring staff, managing multiple projects, and delivering high-quality engineering solutions from concept through construction while helping grow long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities
• Manage transportation engineering projects, including scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and quality control
• Develop project proposals, scopes of work, and fee estimates
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development initiatives
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate engineering staff throughout project execution
• Perform quality reviews of engineering plans, specifications, and technical deliverables
• Coordinate multidisciplinary transportation infrastructure projects with public agencies, consultants, and project stakeholders
• Manage transportation engineering projects, including scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and quality control

The base salary range for this position is $100,000–$140,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
