Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee electrical construction and renovation projects while mentoring and supporting a team of Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Estimators. This role is responsible for managing project execution from procurement through completion, ensuring financial performance, maintaining client relationships, and driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with strong organizational skills, construction management experience, and the ability to successfully manage multiple large-scale projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple electrical construction projects while providing leadership and support to project teams throughout all phases of execution.
- Oversee project documentation including purchase orders, subcontracts, RFIs, change orders, invoices, submittals, and billing while monitoring project cash flow and financial performance.
- Review contracts, coordinate manpower requirements, monitor on-site progress, and participate in estimating activities as needed.
- Coach, mentor, supervise, and evaluate project staff while fostering collaboration and professional development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and community organizations while supporting company initiatives and leadership objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent education and experience will be considered.
- 5–10 years of successful experience managing and estimating construction projects ranging from $1 million to $25 million.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently while effectively managing teams and multiple priorities.
- Proficient computer skills with exceptional attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.

The base salary range for this position is $100,000-125,000 excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
