Job Description
The primary scope of this position is to enter large amounts of sensitive data into database software and check to ensure the accuracy of the input data. Also will be responsible for resolving discrepancies of information.
Responsibilities:
- Entering a large amount of sensitive data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the input data
- Resolving discrepancies of information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
- Professionalism and timeliness
- Attention to detail and ability to work within time constraints.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 1-3 years of data entry or office support experience required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially SharePoint, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to use an external mouse, not reliant on touchscreen mouse
- Prior experience with databases or studying for Computer Science and Technology programs
- Typing speed of at least 45 wpm
- Degree is preferred but not required
