A growing financial services organization is seeking a Wealth Program Manager to support the launch and expansion of a newly built Wealth Management business line. - Bring structure, organization, and accountability to a growing business unit
- Communicate updates, priorities, and risks to executive stakeholders
- Proven track record within Wealth Management, Financial Services, or related industry
- Experience in project management, program management, operations, or strategic initiatives
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Experience building dashboards, reporting, or tracking tools
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with executive leadership
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Base salary up to $130,000
