Job Description
We are looking for a Shipping and Receiving Associate with experience in material handling, inventory management, and overall support for lean production. Responsibilities include supplying materials to production workstations, aiding in material handling, inventory control, cycle counts, and facilitating various production tasks, such as packing, unloading/loading, and shipping. Additionally, this role assists with documentation, cleanup, and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Load/unload trucks, manage inbound/outbound materials and check incoming equipment for teardown. Inspect outgoing parts for quality compliance.
- Efficiently move materials, parts, and assemblies to support uninterrupted production flow. Utilize continuous improvement techniques to minimize errors and enhance productivity.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts. Manage inventory in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience operating a sit-down forklift required
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience with Overhead Crane required
- Minimum 1-3 years or of experience in shipping and receiving required
- HS Diploma or GED
- Must be able to speak and understand English Fluently.

The base salary range for this position is $18.00 – $20.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
