Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator to set up, maintain and operate machinery. You’ll ensure the interminable and efficient running of production. A great machine operator is reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards. Being a team player is essential since all tasks will require close collaboration with co-workers. The goal will be to ensure that production procedures will be carried out smoothly to maximize efficiency and profits.
Responsibilities:
- Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle
- Troubleshoot, control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)
- Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
- Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
- Loading/Unloading product
- All other responsibilities and housecleaning duties as required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience operating a sit-down forklift required
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience with Overhead Crane preferred
- Machine Set-Up and Repair
- HS Diploma or GED
- Must be able to speak and understand English Fluently.

The base salary range for this position is $18.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
