Job Description
As a Packer on a project rework assignment, your primary responsibilities will include inspecting, sorting, and repackaging products to meet quality standards. This role is ideal for individuals who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and follow detailed instructions. Previous manufacturing or packaging experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
- Perform assigned labor tasks such as reworking, packaging, sorting, and cleaning
- Inspect products for quality and repackage as needed
- Pack product into cartons, cases, and/or pallets as required
- Follow instructions provided by supervisors or leads to meet project goals
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Assist with basic troubleshooting and ensure materials are available for rework tasks
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to lift, stand, and perform repetitive tasks as needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

The base pay range for this position is $16/hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
