Job Description:
We are seeking a QA Analyst to support a time-sensitive project involving both hardware and software testing in a structured, compliance-driven environment. This role is primarily focused on manual testing, including updating and executing test cases and documenting test plans and results. The position also involves working hands-on with physical devices, with training provided. This is a fully onsite role in Omaha, offering the opportunity to contribute to a high-impact project while gaining exposure to hardware-integrated systems.

Responsibilities:
- Update, execute, and maintain test cases for an active project
- Document and track test plans, test results, and defects
- Perform manual testing across software and hardware-integrated systems
- Submit test cases and results for lab validation/compliance purposes
- Work hands-on with hardware devices (setup, configuration, testing – training provided)
- Support integration testing between hardware and software components
- Collaborate with QA, development, and cross-functional teams
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, etc.)
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience in QA / software testing
- Strong experience with manual testing and test case management
- Ability to document test plans, results, and defects clearly and accurately
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (Jira, TestRail, or similar preferred)
- Comfortable working in a hands-on environment with hardware (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical/problem-solving skills
- Ability to work onsite full-time in Omaha
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment

The Pay Rate range for this position is $40 – $45 per hour, excluding benefits. Your final Pay Rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
