What You’ll Do:
- Analyze cost and capital data to support financial reporting
- Assist in planning and tracking capital projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and spend analysis
- Assist with conducting audits and review financial activity to strengthen controls and compliance
- Support budgeting and forecasting efforts tied to capital initiatives and long-term planning
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 2+ years of accounting experience with exposure to cost accounting, capital projects, or financial analysis
- Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and audit processes
- Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, formulas, ability to work with large datasets)
- Background in cost analysis, budgeting, or government/public sector accounting
