Job Description:
Join an innovative technology organization building a cloud-native, API-driven platform that is disrupting their industry. As a Software Development Team Lead, you will combine hands-on engineering expertise with technical leadership, guiding an Agile development team while remaining an active contributor to the codebase. In this role, you will partner closely with product owners and cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions, serve as the technical subject matter expert for your platform domain, and ensure delivery of high-quality features that support key business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a cross-functional Agile development team including developers, QA engineers, and business analysts.
- Serve as the technical SME for a specific platform domain and contribute to enterprise architecture and design decisions.
- Design and implement scalable system features that align with business goals and enterprise platform standards.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, pair programming, coaching, and career development planning.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and deliver features aligned with sprint goals.
- Participate in hiring activities and contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing across teams.
- Ensure strong testing, performance, and security practices while driving continuous improvement across development processes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 10+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in C# and .NET technologies.
- 3+ years of experience leading development teams within Agile environments.
- Experience designing enterprise-level architectures including RESTful APIs, integrations, and complex business processes.
- Strong background designing and deploying cloud-based solutions (Azure preferred) including serverless services, messaging, logging, and storage solutions.
- Experience working with both monolithic and microservices architectures, modern CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills working across multiple Agile teams.
- Experience with ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, and modern SPA frameworks such as Angular or React is preferred.

The base salary range for this position is $115,000 – $160,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
