Your expertise in Guidewire and software development will make a significant impact on the organization’s success.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, implement, and support software products with a focus on stability and scalability
- Collaborate with software architects on designing new applications
- Analyze and resolve inefficiencies or issues within existing software
- Identify and mitigate security risks in software products
- Lead and mentor programming staff on development standards and procedures
- Research emerging technologies for potential implementation in current products
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer Ace Certification
- 3+ years of experience with .NET, C#, Angular, SQL, Azure Cloud
- 5+ years of related work experience
- Knowledge of secure coding practices
- Guidewire cloud implementation experience
- Additional Guidewire certifications (InsuranceSuite, BillingCenter Developer Ace)
- CMS experience with Umbraco
- Relevant software, database, or project management certifications

The Pay Rate range for this position is $110,000 – $145,000 per year, excluding benefits. Your final Pay Rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
