Job Description
The Warehouse Technician I supports daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inspection, and inventory handling. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask across multiple functional areas. The technician ensures accurate order processing, proper material handling, and compliance with safety and operational procedures. Ideal candidates are reliable, safety-focused, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Pick, inspect, and stage materials according to order requirements, ensuring accuracy and quality
- Assist with shipping, receiving, packaging, and inventory control processes
- Operate warehouse equipment in accordance with safety procedures
- Maintain accurate records using ERP systems and support basic troubleshooting of orders
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred
- Ability to operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (certification a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment

The base pay range for this position is $45,000–$52,000 annually (equivalent), excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
