Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Team Lead to support warehouse and asset management operations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, tracking assets, and supporting shipping and receiving functions. You will manage inventory levels, verify deliveries, and ensure proper organization of materials and equipment. This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency and accuracy within a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor, track, and maintain inventory records, including capital and non-capital assets
• Receive, inspect, tag, and input new equipment and materials into inventory systems
• Assist with shipping and receiving, including verifying deliveries and coordinating distribution
• Maintain organized warehouse space and ensure inventory is properly stored and stocked
• Prepare reports, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and assist with administrative tasks

Qualifications and Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1 year of inventory control, warehouse, or shipping/receiving experience
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems and general warehouse procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) with strong data entry skills
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and demonstrate strong organizational skills
