Job Description
An established employer in Aurora, IL is seeking a Warehouse General Labor associate for its 3rd shift operation. In this hands-on role, you will stack and wrap materials weighing 5–50 pounds while helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. This position requires consistent physical activity, attention to detail, and flexibility to work overtime as needed. This is a long-term temporary opportunity with the possibility of temp-to-hire.
Responsibilities:
- Stack and wrap materials weighing 5–50 pounds accurately and safely.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and established safety guidelines.
- Maintain facility cleanliness and organization using 5S practices.
- Adapt to changing operational needs while handling multiple assigned tasks.
- Complete additional warehouse and general labor duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age by the position start date.
- Ability to lift 5–50 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
- Steel-toe footwear is required at the time of start.
- Must be willing and available to work overtime as needed.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with team members throughout the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust to sudden changes in operational goals and demands.
- Detail- and results-oriented.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and carry out simple oral or written instructions.

The base pay range for this position is $18.50 – $20.50/hour , excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation.
