Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate with forklift experience and SAP and/or ERP knowledge to join a fast-paced warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, verifying, and processing incoming shipments while maintaining accurate inventory records utilizing computer software. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, organized, and experienced in operating forklifts in a warehouse environment. This position offers an opportunity to grow within a stable and team-oriented company.
Responsibilities:
- Unload and inspect incoming shipments using forklifts and other equipment
- Verify materials against purchase orders and enter data into a computer system
- Accurately label, store, and organize inventory within the warehouse
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding discrepancies or damaged goods
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment
- Forklift experience (sit-down)
- Must have working knowledge of SAP or similar inventory management systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills
- Critical thinking to manage the warehouse processes
- Ability to prioritize work flows and task to maintain production optimization
