Job Description
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory replenishment and returns. This role requires strong attention to detail and accuracy while using handheld devices to scan merchandise, locations and shipping information. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and safely handling packages up to 45 pounds.
Responsibilities:
• Pick, pack and ship customer orders using a handheld device and established procedures.
• Receive, unload, inspect, sort and put away incoming merchandise and materials.
• Replenish inventory, perform cycle counts and scan merchandise, containers and inventory locations.
• Inspect garments for accuracy, including item details, logos, hemming and alterations, and properly label merchandise with barcodes.
• Assemble boxes and bags, prepare orders for shipment, complete required paperwork and apply shipping labels.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, understand and operate handheld devices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 45 pounds without assistance.
• Prior warehouse experience and familiarity with warehouse management systems preferred.
• Ability to operate material-handling equipment; valid forklift certification is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook, or similar software.
• Ability to communicate warehouse issues promptly to a supervisor.
• Ability to read, understand and operate handheld devices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 45 pounds without assistance.
• Prior warehouse experience and familiarity with warehouse management systems preferred.

The base pay range for this position is $17 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
