Job Description
Our client is seeking a Training and Development Operations Analyst to join their team. The position is responsible for creating training materials, SOPs, playbooks, and onboarding programs, while managing documentation and knowledge systems. The ideal candidate has experience in training and development, project management, and process documentation, is highly organized and detail-oriented, and enjoys working cross-functionally.
Responsibilities:
- Map out training needs and develop structured learning plans for new and existing initiatives
- Coordinate with Marketing, Product Management, and internal teams to execute training programs
- Manage training project timelines, deliverables, and overall execution
- Support the development and organization of training materials, guides, and resources
- Maintain process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge management resources
- Coordinate content updates, version control, and ongoing improvements
- Partner with vendors and cross-functional teams to support training initiatives
- Help plan and coordinate annual Sales and Service conferences
- Gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve training effectiveness and adoption
- Ensure new products, processes, and updates are translated into clear, field-ready training resources
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Training & Development, Sales Enablement, Operations, Project Management, or a related role
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and timelines
- Experience managing training programs, learning initiatives, or operational projects
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Experience with process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge management systems
- Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and business stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and related content management tools
- Experience coordinating events, conferences, or vendor relationships is a plus
- Retirement services industry experience is helpful but not required

The base pay range for this position is $83,000 – $93,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
