Job Description
A well-established manufacturing company is seeking a Textile Machine Operator to support high-quality textile production in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will operate and monitor textile machinery, make machine adjustments, inspect finished products, and prepare materials for shipping. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity offering long-term potential for dependable candidates with machine operation experience.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor textile machinery to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Adjust machine tension, speed, and heat as needed to maintain production quality
- Feed yarn and thread through rollers, guides, and other machine components
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Box finished products and prepare them for shipping
Qualifications and Requirements:
- At least 1 year of prior machine operation experience
- Textile manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to set up machines, thread materials, and make precise machine adjustments
- Strong focus on workplace safety and quality
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
