A growing, advisory-focused financial services firm is seeking a professional to lead and build out its in-house tax solutions service. This is a strategic leadership opportunity to develop a high-touch tax service line supporting high-net-worth clients, business owners, and private investment structures.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and review individual and business tax returns (federal & state)
• Lead proactive, year-round tax planning for clients (wealth, estate, and business strategies)
• Advise on tax-efficient structures, including investments and entity optimization
• Oversee K-1 preparation and tax reporting for private investment entities
• Manage compliance calendars, filings, and estimated payments
• Partner cross-functionally with advisory, legal, and operations teams
• Build and implement scalable tax workflows, systems, and processes
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high-quality client service standards

• CPA or Certified Tax Advisor preferred
• 5–10+ years of tax experience (individual + partnership returns)
• Experience with high-net-worth clients and complex tax scenarios
• Exposure to financial services, investments, or private equity structures preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
• Ability to operate in a build-out, entrepreneurial environment
