A growing, advisory-focused wealth management firm is expanding into in-house tax services and is seeking a Tax Solutions Manager to lead and build this function. This is a rare, high-impact opportunity to create a tax practice within an established firm — without the demands of a traditional public accounting environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and reviewing individual and business tax returns
- Leading proactive, year-round tax planning for clients
- Advising on tax-efficient strategies across investments and entities
- Supporting investment-related tax work, including K-1s
- Partnering closely with leadership and advisory teams
- Helping build processes, structure, and ultimately your team
What They’re Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Related Field Required
- CPA or EA preferred
- Strong background in tax (individual + business)
- Experience working with more complex returns and planning scenarios
- Comfort working directly with clients and advising on strategy
- Interest in stepping into a leadership / build-out role
- Exposure to financial services, investments, or similar environments is a plus
