Job Description:
Join a renowned medical facility in San Antonio as a Surgical Technologist and assist in delivering outstanding surgical care. In this role, you'll work alongside a collaborative team to support surgical procedures, maintain sterile environments, and ensure instruments and supplies are prepared for patient safety.

In this role, you'll work alongside a collaborative team to support surgical procedures, maintain sterile environments, and ensure instruments and supplies are prepared for patient safety.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare operating rooms for surgery, including sterilizing instruments and arranging supplies
- Assist surgical teams during operations by passing instruments and supplies
- Maintain sterile field and ensure compliance with infection control standards
- Track surgical instruments and count sponges, needles, and instruments
- Assist with patient transport and positioning before and after surgery
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program
- Certification through the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) preferred
- At least one year of experience in a surgical or hospital setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in high-pressure environments
- Current BLS certification
