Job Description
We are hiring a Sewing Machine Operator for a leading fiberglass insulation products manufacturer in Gastonia, NC. In this role, you will operate an industrial sewing machine to sew fabric around fiberglass insulation while ensuring finished products meet quality standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is looking for a steady, full-time position with opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Operate a sewing machine to sew fabric around fiberglass insulation
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Pick and pack completed products for shipping
- Maintain an organized and safe work area
- Work effectively with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous sewing or sewing machine experience preferred
- Steady and dependable work history
- Willingness and ability to learn new processes

- Dependable attendance and ability to work the full scheduled shift
