Responsibilities:
• Analyze costs, variances, and KPIs to drive operational decisions
• Partner with plant leadership to improve efficiency and profitability
• Own reporting and build dashboards to track performance trends
• Support month-end close, standard costing, and inventory accuracy
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, required
• 2+ years of accounting experience, in cost or manufacturing accounting
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, cost analysis, and inventory accounting

• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
