What You’ll Get to Do
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements for multiple entities
- Complete job cost tie-outs, WIP schedules, and project profitability analysis
- Produce variance and overhead reports to support leadership decision-making
- Perform account reconciliations, bank tie-outs, and intercompany accounting
- Support AP, AR, payroll review, and general ledger maintenance
- Assist with year-end close and preparation of schedules for external CPAs
- Serve as a key accounting user for the ERP system, including daily support
- Document workflows, assist with data testing, and support system upgrades
- Track and manage software subscriptions and licenses
- Partner with operations and project leaders to provide clear financial insights
- Identify and help implement process improvements and internal controls
What Makes You a Great Fit
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP, monthly close, and job cost or project accounting
- ERP technical experience
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and work cross-functionally
Preferred
- Experience in construction, real estate, or job costing environments
- Prior involvement with Sage 300 or Sage Intacct softwares
- CPA or CMA
