Job Description

Our client is seeking a Counselor to join their team and provide individualized treatment using behavioral and psychological interventions and assessment techniques. Responsibilities:
- Apply clinical psychological and behavioral interventions to support individualized patient care.
- Conduct assessments using appropriate clinical and behavioral techniques.
- Develop and deliver individualized, psychologically based treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical activities, treatment plans, and protocols.
- Follow established clinical and research protocols and program requirements.
- Perform quality assurance procedures to ensure accurate data collection, documentation, and entry.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A minimum of one year of Counseling experience is required.
- Must have a Master’s Degree in one of the following: Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related counseling field.
- An active Texas licensure in one of the following is required: LPC – Licensed Professional Counselor (Preferred), LMSW – Licensed Master Social Worker, LCSW – Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LMFT – Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, or LPA – Licensed Psychological Associate.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $46.00/hr. not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
