Job Description
The Recruiting Specialist will support the Talent Acquisition team by managing recruiting activities for a variety of administrative, professional, member service, banking, lending, accounting, and corporate positions. This position will be responsible for sourcing and screening qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate communication, and supporting the hiring process from initial contact through offer. The ideal candidate is organized, relationship-driven, and able to manage multiple openings and priorities while providing an exceptional candidate’s experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting activities for assigned positions from sourcing through offer.
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, recruiting databases, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Review resumes and conducts initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and overall fit.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
- Track candidate activity, interview status, feedback, and next steps throughout the recruiting process.
- Provide hiring managers with qualified candidate recommendations and recruiting updates.
- Assist with offer coordination, pre-employment requirements, and other onboarding activities as needed.
- Maintain a strong candidate experience through consistent communication and follow-up.
- Ensure recruiting activities are handled professionally and in accordance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
- Support additional Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent recruiting experience may be considered.
- 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred.
- Previous experience with full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate screening.
- Experience recruiting for administrative, professional, financial services, customer service, or corporate positions preferred.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines.
- High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to handle confidential candidate and employee information appropriately.
- Working knowledge of employment practices and recruiting compliance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, email, and other standard business applications.

The base pay range for this position is $30.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
