Job Description
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for processing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing orders for shipment, and supporting production and assembly teams. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Receive, inspect, and route incoming shipments while documenting shortages and damaged materials
• Pull, pack, stage, and prepare orders for shipment while updating inventory and shipping systems
• Review work orders and deliver materials to production and assembly areas as needed
• Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and maintain accurate inventory records
• Operate and inspect forklifts safely while maintaining an organized work area following 5S standards

Qualifications and Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum six (6) months of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred
• Ability to obtain Forklift Certification
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly
• Basic computer skills and experience working with inventory or warehouse management systems preferred
• Steel-toe shoes required

The base pay range for this position is $36,400 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
