Job Description:
As the Receiving Clerk, you will ensure timely delivery of materials and receiving products for the warehouse. Prepare orders for shipping by bubble wrapping, foaming, shrink wrapping, and packing items in proper boxes and containers per company and customer specifications. Affixes shipping labels, warning labels, and packing lists on packed cartons identifying shipping information on cartons.
Responsibilities:
- As a Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for receiving professional equipment and assisting with shipping that ships to Orthodontists, Pediatric Dentists, Oral Surgeons, and other healthcare professionals worldwide
- Analyze orders for accuracy
- Pick products from multiple warehouse locations
- Prepare orders for shipping by bubble wrapping, foaming, shrink wrapping, and packing items in proper boxes and containers per company and customer specifications
- Affixes shipping labels, warning labels, and packing lists on packed cartons identifying shipping information on cartons.
- Perform and maintain quality processes to ensure 100% accuracy
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months of shipping and receiving experience
- Ability to do basic multiplication and counting with accuracy and speed
- Experience processing work orders

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share that the base salary range for this position is $18.00 – $18.50 per hour not including benefits, potential bonuses, or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the above range is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth
