Job Description
An established company in Fort Worth is seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Warehouse Associate to support its second-shift warehouse operations. In this role, you will receive, inspect, count, and organize incoming materials while maintaining accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position offers an opportunity to develop warehouse skills while supporting an efficient receiving and inventory operation.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, count, and inspect incoming materials, verifying quantities and checking for damage or discrepancies.
- Record incoming inventory using computer systems or manual documentation to maintain accurate stock records.
- Unpack, label, and organize materials in designated warehouse storage locations.
- Perform physical inventory counts, identify discrepancies, and report inventory or product issues to supervisors.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe receiving and storage areas while assisting team members with daily warehouse operations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 0–2 years of warehouse, receiving, or inventory experience.
- Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team while following warehouse safety procedures.
