Job Description
The Quality Records Administrator is responsible for managing manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supply chain documentation throughout its full lifecycle. This role ensures records are accurately maintained, securely stored, and readily accessible while supporting compliance and operational efficiency. The position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in document control systems, and the ability to coordinate across departments. Responsibilities:
• Manage and update the Quality Master Document List and related revisions
• Maintain, verify, classify, and archive records management systems
• Scan and upload documents into operating system databases
• Assemble documentation packages (Data Books) and respond to information requests
• Train staff on document and records access procedures

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Associate degree preferred or 3–5 years of related records management or administrative experience
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and database management preferred
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
