Job Description:
We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join a leading production facility as a Rewind Inspector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in producing quality products, and wants to learn new technical skills in a clean, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate rewind inspection equipment according to production orders
- Convert finished printed materials into customer-ready products
- Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and defects
- Adjust machine settings to meet customer specifications
- Complete machine changeovers efficiently to minimize downtime
- Perform routine equipment cleaning and report maintenance needs
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
- Assist with additional production duties as needed
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1 year previous manufacturing experience required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Frequently bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and perform repetitive hand movements
- Lift and move up to 75 pounds, with or without assistance
- Maintain visual focus for detailed product inspections
