Job Description
Riddell is hiring for multiple manufacturing, production, and warehouse opportunities at Riddell in North Ridgeville, OH. We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to help manufacture, assemble, recondition, and distribute football helmets and protective equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Recondition football helmets and components using hand tools, hand sanders, and power tools while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Move materials and supplies throughout the facility.
- Disassemble, clean, and prepare helmets for reconditioning.
- Inspect products and ensure quality standards are met.
- Meet daily production and quality expectations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Excellent attendance and reliability.
- Ability to work mandatory overtime, including Saturdays
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more.
- Basic math skills and ability to perform simple calculations.
- Comfortable standing and performing repetitive tasks for 8 hours or more a day.
- Ability to follow instructions and meet production goals
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork
