Job Description
We're looking for dependable and motivated Production Laborers to join a growing manufacturing team in Bondurant, IA. In this hands-on role, you'll assist with a variety of production tasks, safely operate hand tools and equipment, inspect products for quality, and help maintain a clean and organized work environment. Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of production and assembly tasks as assigned.
- Operate hand tools and basic production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Assist with material handling, packaging, and moving products throughout the facility.
- Work with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals.
- Report equipment issues and safety concerns promptly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing, production, or construction experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attendance and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Comfortable using hand tools and measuring devices.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Ability to stand, bend, twist, and work in varying temperatures throughout the shift.
- Willingness to learn and cross-train in multiple production areas.
