Job Description
A growing, multi-location organization is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support and enhance procurement operations across the business. This role will focus on strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiation, process improvement, and successful product and service rollouts.

What You’ll Do
- Manage all procurement activities including sourcing, RFQs/RFPs, purchasing, and product/service rollouts
- Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with vendors
- Support vendor onboarding and maintain accurate vendor information
- Monitor vendor performance and identify potential risks and opportunities
- Partner with Accounts Payable to resolve purchasing and payment issues
- Help develop purchasing approval workflows, reporting, and KPIs
- Identify opportunities to improve procurement systems and processes
- Collaborate across departments on strategic initiatives and change management
Qualifications
- 2+ years of procurement experience
- MRO procurement experience preferred
- Associate’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience with vendor sourcing, negotiations, and procurement processes
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work onsite in Lincoln, NE
