Job Description
Play a critical role in meeting high-performing production goals as a Powder Coat Loader for a leading manufacturer specializing in shopping carts in Newton, North Carolina. In this position, you will support high-quality powder coating lines by safely loading parts and materials for the coating process. This hands-on production role is ideal for someone who is dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities:
• Load parts and materials onto the powder coating line according to production requirements.
• Properly position and secure products to support consistent, high-quality coating results.
• Inspect parts for visible defects or issues before they enter the coating process.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following production and safety procedures.
• Work as part of the production team to meet daily quality and output goals.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year of previous work experience; manufacturing or production experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift, stoop, bend, stand, and walk for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to comprehend and follow standard written work instructions.
• Must be able to meet applicable pre-employment screening requirements.
