Job Description
Our client, a growing property management company, is seeking a dependable HOA Porter to help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of a master-planned residential community. This role involves maintaining community amenities, supporting neighborhood events, and ensuring common areas remain clean and welcoming for residents.
Responsibilities:
- Skim leaves and debris from community swimming pools
- Clean and maintain 5–6 neighborhood parks throughout the community
- Empty trash receptacles in parks and common areas
- Rake and groom sand in community volleyball courts
- Drive a golf cart throughout the community to inspect and maintain amenities
- Assist with setup and breakdown of tables and equipment for a community event on Saturday
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of community common areas
- Perform general groundskeeping and light maintenance duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and follow directions
- Previous groundskeeping, porter, maintenance, or property management experience preferred

The base pay range for this position is $23/hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
