Job Description
We’re hiring a Picker / Packer to join a dynamic shipping and warehouse team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for processing orders, packing parts securely, and ensuring accurate shipment documentation.
Responsibilities
- Review order reports, print pick lists, and prioritize daily shipping tasks
- Pull and pack parts using correct methods to minimize damage during shipping
- Load trucks and document all shipments per company procedures
- Track inventory using internal software and replenish stock as needed
- Assist in other departments (Machining, Small Assembly, Large Assembly) when required
Qualifications and Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and reach throughout the shift
- Familiarity with shipping terminology and basic carpentry
- Skilled in the use of hand tools and basic computer programs including email and MRP systems
- Forklift experience with routine inspections and maintenance knowledge
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to inventory discrepancies

The base pay range for this position is $17-$18 hourly, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal pay structure.
